Open (or create) your project and then open the Project Settings page – the link is in the bottom left of the page at time of writing.
The video maker code looks for the first record that needs to be done, makes the video, marks the record as done, and moves on to the next one.
This was only ever used for local development and has since been renamed to local.settings.json
